On their official visit to the United Nations Office at Nairobi today, the United Nations Secretary-General, Mr. Kofi Annan, and his wife Nane were entertained by a programme of songs, poems and drama performed by children from the Sai Amboseli School, in the informal settlements of Kawangware in Nairobi.
African Ministers and Senior Water Educators visit Thailand

Values-Based Water Education gains Momentum in West and Central Africa

A Training of Trainers workshop in Values-based Water Education was held in Dakar, Senegal from 12-14 May 2004 to show education experts from Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Mali, Niger and Senegal the most appropriate approaches to introducing water, sanitation and hygiene into the existing school curriculum.
