Other speakers presented the success stories from the twinning programmes in the region.

The Forum was an opportunity for the utilities/operators in the region to seek for the twinning partners through the matchmaking breakout session. 10 mentor utilities/operators met more than 6 potential recipient utilities/operators respectively during 3 hours session in the morning of 30 September.
