A number of UN-Water members and partner organizations have expressed interest in organizing side events and exhibition during WWD 2011. These include the UN-Water Decade Programme on Advocacy and Communication (UNW-DPAC), the UN-Water Decade Programme on Capacity Development (UNW-DPC) , the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the World Bank and the World Water Council, The Global Water Partnership, the African Development Bank and ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability, among others.
