Mayor, City of San Fernando
Mary Jane C. Ortega is a second-term mayor of the City of San Fernando, La Union and has just been elected as Secretary General of the League of Cities of the Philippines. She is a member of the ICLEI Executive Committee, the World Mayors Council on Climate Change and of the United Nations Advisory Committee of Local Authorities (UNACLA).
