The Habitat Partner University Initiative (HPUI) will from September 2013 update its name to Habitat University Network Initiative or “UNI” for short. The decision was made in order to better reflect the focus of the network (Habitat University Network Initiative) and to provide a shorter, more memorable, acronym (UNI) that alludes to the relevant partner group. Please note that “Habitat Universities” will still be used as a reference to the partners of UNI, and in circumstances where UN-Habitat is not implicit, “Habitat UNI” should be used. |
