The overall objective of this course is to help increase the climate change resilience of cities in the Asia and Pacific Region.
The course aims to provide knowledge and skills on the theory and practice of specific tools that elected leaders, urban managers and urban planners need to apply in order to develop local climate change action plans. In particular they will acquire knowledge on how to conduct a vulnerability assessment and how to prioritize local climate change actions based on their environmental, economic and social impacts. |
